How to Calculate the SBI PO Eligibility Percentage for SBI PO 2026?
When candidates fill the SBI PO 2026 application form, they need to write their graduation percentage correctly. Candidates should calculate their percentage before filling the form. Here are some points to remember-
- Graduation Result Date: The candidate's final graduation result, whether a mark sheet or a provisional certificate, needs to be issued on or before the date specified by SBI. If the result is accessible online through the university's website, the date posted there will be the official passing date.
- Decimal Points: Candidates have to write their percentage up to two decimal places (example: 62.35%). They should not round off the marks and must enter the exact percentage based on the total marks.
- CGPA/OGPA Conversion: Candidates whose universities use CGPA or OGPA grading systems must convert these into percentages. This conversion should be done using the official formula provided by the university. During the interview, candidates must present a certificate that details the specific conversion formula they used.
- How to Calculate Percentage: To calculate the percentage, candidates should add marks from all subjects of all semesters or years. Then they should divide it by the total maximum marks to get the percentage. Marks from optional, additional or honours subjects should also be included if they are part of the course.
