How to Calculate Exam Score Through CTET Answer Key 2026?
To calculate your CTET score, it is important that you have good knowledge of marking schemes. Candidates must be able to correctly calculate their score using the OMR and Answer key released by the board. The answer key will give you a clear picture of your correct responses, thus helping you in predicting your marks. As per the Official Marking Scheme, one mark will be allotted for every correct answer and zero marks will be deducted for each wrong answer or unanswered question.
Step 1: Start matching the answer given in the key with what you have marked in the exam on the OMR.
Step 2: While matching the answers, you need to add (+) 1 mark for the correct answer. There is no negative marking and no marks to be assigned to unattempted questions.
Step 3: Repeat this process for all the questions to know your predicted scores. Miscalculation is natural in this checking. That's why you do your checking twice.
